Recommendations for action: Based on the emotion evaluation, interpretations and recommendations for action to improve slides or storytelling are given (max. 3 per slide). These recommendations for action are based on scientific theory and empirical values. The recommendations for action are made available to the client in bundled form as part of the report.

Evaluation videos: In the evaluation video, the provided video recording (assumes that the client provides the video recording separately) is edited together with the emotion score diagram. In this way, it can be seen in the video how the emotion score of the participants was. One evaluation video is created per meeting. The evaluation videos are made available to the client via a cloud link.

Report: The report summarizes all emotion evaluations of a specific period. In the process, the emotion score diagrams, the key figures and recommendations for action are presented in a PDF for all conversations. A delivery in pptx format is possible after consultation, whereby the diagrams are provided with a watermark. The report is made available to the client via a cloud link.

On-site support

Our team can support project plans on site. In doing so, we ensure that the setup delivers the best results. In addition, we can provide camera and lighting equipment for the day. On-site deployment is billed per day. It must be taken into account that only as many meetings can be accompanied per day as are possible within 8 working hours. The support consists of one person. If additional work is expected, Mataono reserves the right to deploy additional persons in coordination with the client.

Virtual support

For meetings that we accompany virtually (via Zoom or MS Teams), the analyzed data is available shortly after the meeting. This requires that one person from the Mataono team is present in the virtual meeting room as a silent participant. This person shares the presentation and hands over control to the client. This ensures that emotion and slides are linked. The support consists of one person.

For a psychological classification of the emotion evaluation and more detailed recommendations for action, it is possible to call in psychological expertise from our network for projects. The person attends the meetings and offers an analysis afterwards. Alternatively, video recordings can be evaluated. The person is trained in the evaluation of emotion score diagrams.

For on-site assignments, additional travel costs and expenses will be charged.

Data cleansing: If, due to special scenarios (for example, two videos that are to be combined into one meeting), the data basis does not permit a more in-depth analysis, the data can be prepared on the database side. In consultation with the client, a decision is made as to which cleansing is possible.

Addition of meta-data: Independently of the use of the meeting player for displaying PDF documents and linking with emotion data, other objects can be linked on the database side (e.g. video scenes, or prototype views). For this purpose, the client provides the time points for individual scenes.

If the PDF document should work with clickable elements (e.g. click leads to certain page), this can be set in Mataono. For this purpose, the client provides the click track, which is incorporated into the slides. This makes the slides clickable in the meeting player.

If the available videos are not suitable for emotion evaluation (e.g. small faces) or only a specific section is to be analyzed, the videos can be cut and prepared accordingly. For this purpose, the client provides the video data. The Mataono team can enlarge the faces, cut several sequences together or shorten videos. This can improve the quality of the analysis.

Individual adaptations to the software are possible. These are implemented as part of a software project. This project consists of the phases conception, implementation and testing. The conditions and objectives are regulated in the context of an order. The Mataono team reserves the right not to implement every requested individualization.
