Additional products and services

Within the framework of our lectures, we pass on our previous knowledge from a wide range of topics. The focus is on the knowledge gain of the participants. All lectures include a theoretical introduction and many practical examples. The lectures are aimed at a broad audience - depending on the topic, different levels of prior knowledge are required.

We provide a selection of topics that we can adapt to the target group upon request. We currently offer the following topics:

• Recognize and measure emotions
• Emotional Selling - what does it depend on?
• The perfect story - emotional storytelling

The duration of the presentation is maximum 1h and includes a discussion or question section.

For on-site assignments, additional travel costs and expenses will be charged.

Timeline

• Ordering the presentation at least 20 working days before the event
• Selection of the topic at the latest 15 working days before the event

At demo.mataono.app we determine the emotions of website visitors while they watch a video. The same setup can be used for any other video. Visitors can call up the test in their browser (requirement: Firefox, Chrome) and have themselves recorded with their webcam. Afterwards, participants can view their own emotions after entering their email address.

• Instance: We implement a custom instance for the client. This instance can contain the logo of the client. Texts can be adapted according to the client's input. The instance is operated under a sub-domain of mataono.app chosen by the client.
• Video: Any YouTube video can be used. The video can be public, private or unlisted. The video link is required for the integration.
• Report: The report includes the display of the average emotion score over time. In addition, the individual base emotions can be plotted over time. If the time points for individual scenes were previously provided by the client, the charts can be annotated with the scenes accordingly

Timeline

• Commissioning of the instance at least 10 working days before the start of the test
• Videos and customized texts must be provided at least 10 working days before the start of the test
• Test period can be chosen arbitrarily
• Provision of the report no later than 5 working days after completion
