We provide the following services with the Mataono license.

Services and features

Licenses include a certain number of accounts based on the selected package (Basic: 3, Team: 10, Enterprise: tbd). Several accounts are combined in Mataono to form a workspace, which is created individually for each company. Each account is authorized to evaluate own meetings and videos. One or more accounts can receive additional permissions to view and aggregate the evaluations of other accounts. These permissions are assigned by the Mataono team.

Each account can upload videos (mp4 format) to Mataono, and evaluate the emotions of the people involved. A high analysis quality can be achieved if the faces in the video are clearly recognizable (face at an angle of max. 20° when looking into the camera, sufficient lighting, sufficient size of the face). The analysis speed depends on the video itself (duration, resolution, number of faces, frame rate) but also on other videos that are currently being processed in parallel. Accounts will be notified by email when the analysis is complete.

The meeting player offers the possibility to play pitch decks created for the meeting. In addition, there are various annotation options (freehand notes, text notes, like button, don't like button).

Each account can evaluate the emotions in an appointment, which is carried out with the meeting player. For this purpose, the image of the camera (must be connected to the computer and released to the browser) is evaluated directly in the browser. A high quality of analysis can be achieved if the faces in the video are clearly recognizable (face at an angle of max. 20° when looking into the camera, sufficient lighting, sufficient size of the face). The result of the analysis is available in the immediately after the completion of the appointment. For the analysis, the browser must support the OffScreenCanvas function. In addition, the end device must have sufficient performance.

After performing the analysis (whether in the browser or the video), the account gets access to the emotion metrics. These include the emotion score per person, emotion dynamics per person, proportion of positive and negative sentiment per person, the most positive and most negative perceived slides per person (only if the browser-based analysis was performed with slides), the empathy score per pair of conversations, the empathy dynamics per pair of conversations, the empathy time per pair of conversations, and the slides with highest and lowest empathy (only if the browser-based analysis was performed with slides). These metrics exist in the context of the entire meeting, as well as per slide (only if the browser-based analysis was performed with slides).

The emotion score is shown in a diagram over the meeting time. Each person gets their own line. The diagram is interactive in Mataono and annotated with the slides (only if the browser-based analysis was done with slides). The diagram can be downloaded as png and svg.

The individual basic emotions (joy, surprise, disgust, sadness, anger, fear and neutrality) are represented in individual diagrams over the meeting time. Each person gets their own bar. Each account can view the aggregated analysis of their own meetings. This provides information about the average emotion score, the average emotion dynamics, the average proportion of positive and negative mood of consultant:in and customer:in. In addition, the average emotion score, the average dwell time, the average emotion dynamics and the average positive and negative mood of consultant:in and customer:in can be viewed per slide (only if emotion data is available per slide).

Accounts with the appropriate role (Enhanced User or Analyst) can view the aggregated analysis of the Workspace. This provides information about the average emotion score, the average emotion dynamics, the average proportion of positive and negative mood of consultant:in and customer:in. In addition, the average emotion score, the average dwell time, the average emotion dynamics and the average positive and negative mood of consultant:in and customer:in can be viewed per slide (only if emotion data is available per slide).

Accounts with the corresponding role (Analyst) can view the aggregated analysis of other accounts. This provides information about the average emotion score, the average emotion dynamics, the average proportion of positive and negative sentiment of consultant:in and customer:in. In addition, the average emotion score, average dwell time, average emotion dynamics, and average positive and negative sentiment of consultant:in and customer:in can be viewed per slide (only if emotion data per slide is available).

  

PDF-Materialien können in Mataono hochgeladen und verwaltet werden. Dafür gibt es eine Versionshistorie für jedes Dokument. Für Terminen kann ein individuelles Pitch-Deck aus allen verfügbaren Dokumenten erstellt werden. Beim Hochladen einer neuen Dokumenten-Version werden Accounts informiert, sollten Seiten des Dokuments in ihren anstehenden Meetings oder Meeting-Vorlagen eingesetzt werden. Jeder Account kann Dokumente hochladen oder aktualisieren.

  

Each account can manage its own meetings. These meetings have a customer. Meetings are the starting point for emotion analysis. Meetings can be managed only by the own account.

Mataono can be linked with Zoom to unify meeting management and automatically trigger evaluation of Zoom sessions. The instructions for use can be found here.

Customers can be created and managed in Mataono. These customers can be referenced in meetings. The master data of the customers are predefined. Linked objects (such as meetings) are displayed in the detailed view of customers. Each account has access to all customers.

Mataono offers interactive consulting modules that can be used in meetings. These are predefined and the same for all customers. Each account has access to the interactive modules and can use them in meetings.

Mataono offers individual forms for each workspace. These are coordinated with the client beforehand. The forms can be integrated into each meeting and made available to customers to fill out before the meeting. Each account has access to the forms.

A report can be written for each meeting. Individual report templates can be set up for a workspace. These are coordinated with the client beforehand. Each account can generate a report for its meetings, which cannot be viewed by other accounts.

As part of the onboarding process, the workspace and the accounts with the corresponding roles are set up for the client. In addition, the theming is set up. As part of the onboarding, there is a one-hour training session for the users.

Support is based on the agreed SLA.
